Top City Building Games on Android in Croatia: Q1 2025

In the first quarter of 2025, the city building game genre on Android in Croatia saw varied performances among the leading applications. According to Sensor Tower data, the following trends were observed for the top five games in this category.

Gold Rush: Frozen Adventures by SayGames Ltd saw a fluctuating weekly revenue, peaking at around $45 in early February. Weekly downloads began at over 2.2K at the start of the quarter but gradually decreased to 326 by the end of March. The game maintained a consistent user base, with weekly active users starting at 4.9K and tapering off to approximately 3K.

Super City: Building Master from XGame Global showed no revenue during this period. The app began with a download count of 1.2K, which saw a decline and a slight rise towards the end of the quarter, ending at 581 downloads. Active users fluctuated significantly, starting at 2.2K, peaking at nearly 3K, and ending at 972.

State Connect: Traffic Control by CASUAL AZUR GAMES also reported no revenue. Downloads started at 1.1K but faced a decline, hitting a low of 99 before rebounding to 328 by late March. Active users followed a similar trend, beginning at 1.8K and closing the quarter at 568.

Transport Tycoon Empire: City from Alda Games had a brief revenue spike of $7 in late February. Weekly downloads remained relatively stable, ranging from 97 to 194. The game’s active user count showed growth, starting at 401 and rising steadily to 544 by the end of March.

Lastly, Civilization VI: NETFLIX saw no revenue. Downloads began at 191 and declined to 53 over the quarter. Active users started at 248, peaked at 363, and settled at 185 by the end of March.
